this offer is available only for clients, who:
- need and have availed a paid appointment for detailed clinic or online physiotherapy assessment, november 2019 onwards, or
- have bought lifetime membership of one of our online lifestyle care programs, november 2019 onwards, or
- 10th of july 2025 onwards, in addition to any one of the above two eligibilities:
- do not initiate or renew the standard pay-and-avail-within-time advance or per session fees payment option for clinic appointments, or
- do not initiate or renew the standard pay-and-avail-within-time advance payment option for online appointments and instead, pay a booked online appointment’s normal fees in full advance, after joining-in, but before the start of the therapeutic sequences in the session.
this offer is not available for clients, who:
- do not require or haven’t paid for detailed clinic or online physiotherapy assessment at the above mentioned unit, anytime november 2019 onwards.
- avail our services through cashless or reimbursible facilities, or through our client referral liasionings.
how clients can avail this offer:
after each completed clinic or online appointment with our primary unit, the client will get a quick try-your-luck activity, to arrive at one of the following results:
- get the completed clinic or online appointment rebated for 100% for its fees, or
- if the result of try-your-luck activity doesn’t come in the client’s favour, then he or she will be charged the full fees for the completed clinic or online appointment, as per the ongoing schedule of charges.
the client will be eligible to re-attempt for 100% rebate on the fees of each next online or clinic appointment, within the scope of above mentioned terms and conditions, with our primary unit, anytime in future.
when this offer has been availed for online appointments, upon winning the 100% rebate, the advance paid fees will be:
- either reserved for the next online appointment, or,
- will be e-refunded to the client, after deducting payment gateway charges, if within next 15 working days:
- no new online appointment is completed, or
- the client completes a clinic appointment next, instead of an online appointment, or
- the consulting physiotherapist marks the need for clinical supervision as over, for the currently being addressed issues of pain or movements difficulties for the client.
important terms and conditions:
- this offer is valid for clinic or online appointments for therapeutic physio sessions only and not for clinic or online appointments for detailed physiotherapy assessment.
- the decision for the need or no need of a detailed physiotherapy assessment at clinic or online, is at the sole clinical discretion of the attending physiotherapist and not the client. In the former case, the assessment fees is applicable, whereas, in the later case, while the physiotherapy assessment is not skipped, but depending upon the clinical presentation of the client, doesn’t require more than approximately 20-25 minutes of the physio’s time, no fees is charged for the assessment.
- 100% rebate will be marked in the bill generated for the online or clinic physiotherapy services, for the appointments completed with a win at this offer.
- this offer is not transferrable to any other person within or outside the family of any eligible client.
- this offer can be modified for its terms and conditions, or can be partially or completely withdrawn by Start Exercises Physiotherapy Services, New Delhi, anytime in future.
