In around 2009, when I was serving at SPS Hospitals, Ludhiana (an Apollo franchise at that time), I realized many young children were getting admitted admitted to the hospital, with diabetes.
I realized this to be a strong future pandemic in India. I did my PG in Counselling Psychology, to help me evolve a preventive physiotherapy program, which could help people to mend their physical care routines for a healthier tomorrow.
I coined the name ‘Sugar Den‘ in 2009, with a vision to help people stop letting sugar building an unhealthy den inside their body.
Sugar Den- The Physiotherapy Clinic started ten years later, in 2019. The vision has culminated into two, lifetime-membership-based, weekly, live online programs – Stress Physio Program and Slow Exercises Program.
Sugar Den’s chronic pain management physiotherapy program, ergonomics services, corporate coachings and above mentioned online wellness programs are committed to bring positive control in people’s lives, by helping them to become compliant to the needful lifestyle behaviours, in-tune with the nature’s inherent healing potentials within themselves.

He founded Start Exercises Physiotherapy Services as a sole proprietorship in the later part of 2018, which became the parent organization for Sugar Den, which was established on the 5th Day of November 2019, at Janakpuri, in West Delhi.
