A group talk and preventive physiotherapy orientation event, themed as “The Physio Challenge Workshop” was accomplished for the residents of one of the blocks at Janakpuri, in West Delhi, last week.
The talk was focussed on letting the participants understand the need and value of a physiotherapist’s analytical assessment, for designing health-safe, efficient and personalized therapeutic programs.
In the second part of the activity, the group was oriented to the preventive aspects of physiotherapy and was taught few useful exercises, live.
In the final part of the event, individual queries and concerns of the residents, for their respective physiotherapy needs, were anwered.
