Start Exercises Physiotherapy Services is a registered sole proprietorship of Ravi Shankar, at Delhi.

Sugar Den – The Physiotherapy Clinic is an initiative of Start Exercises Physiotherapy Services.

Start Exercises Physiotherapy Services reserves the rights to decide, price, schedule and sell physiotherapy services, within the healthcare laws of India, to its patients and clients across India.

Terms and Conditions of Services

  1. The clinic is not responsible for booking an available appointment for any client.
  2. Actual duration of service and fees may change, as per client’s therapeutic needs, as concluded by the attending Physiotherapist, in any appointment.
  3. Each home  Physiotherapy
    appointment is payable 100% in advance,  24 hours before the appointment.
  4. Appointments served online, are to be fully paid, immediately after the start of the same.
  5. NO DISCOUNT on advance payments.
  6. Discounts for network alliance (B2B) clients will be as per the terms of association
    between Start Exercises Physiotherapy Services
    and the concerned referring entity.
  7. Booked but uniformed (atleast 30 minutes before the start of the session) and unavailed sessions will be charged additionally in full at the next appointment, or fees will be deducted in full from the advance payment.
  8. No refund past 3 working days,
    for any advance paid, but unavailed appointment.
  9. For BILL REIMBURSEMENT seeking clients, proper, legally appropriate, STAMPED BILLS are provided, as per ACTUAL fees charged.
  10. The clinic is NOT responsible for partial or total NON-reimbursement of the same, by competent authorities.
  11. NO reimbursement claims generated on the bais of clinic’s PROFORMA INVOICE will be supported.
  12. The clinic NEVER mediates availability of any medical prescription- mentioning referral to physiotherapy services- for reimbursement needs of any client.

Legal proceedings with Start Exercises Physiotherapy Services, if any, come under the jurisdiction of National Capital Territory of Delhi.
